Welcome

We equip leaders to thrive in a complex, ambiguous and uncertain world. This enables them to drive the  human change that makes cultural change possible, which in turn builds healthy, human organisations – organisations that embrace change, achieve sustainable results and in which the pursuit of profitability is balanced by a greater sense of purpose.

How do you rate the health of your organisation?

Are your leaders the best possible versions of themselves, connected and working with each other and the whole team in a positive, productive culture?

Do your leaders have the skills they need to lead change?

Is the organisation a thriving, vibrant place filled with enthusiastic people who endeavour, without coaxing, to produce great results over and over?

Do you have the practices in place that enable dialogue and slowing down to light the best path forward?

Or is change needed? Does the health, capacity and capability of your leaders and teams need to improve?

Evolving Leaders was established in 2014 with the purpose of evolving the consciousness of leaders to make the world a better place.  Our leadership development and coaching work is inspired by our vision of the ‘human’ teams and organisations of the future that we need to be designing and creating right now to respond and flourish in a rapidly changing world.  We call these ‘human organisations’.

Through a combination of face-to-face workshops, group coaching, individual coaching and action learning grounded in addressing real (individual and organisational) problems and opportunities – we deliver a learning experience where we focus on growing this capacity so that change happens and leaders, teams and organisations can flourish. Our current programs include Leading Change Development Program and Cultvating Well 1:1 Leadership Coaching for Women.

“I cannot speak highly enough of the facilitiators – it was privilege to participate in the Leading Change Program that they facilitated within our workplace. They are a dynamic duo with the extraordinary ability of being able to balance an abundance of knowledge and expertise in leadership development, with a genuine humility and an honest kindness capable of drawing the best out of program participants. Thank you ! Leading Change Participant 2022
